Scones - A hub is a round of uncooked scones, frozen, ready to cut as a pie into 8 slices for large, or 16 slices for small, top with sugar, and bake. Simply place the hub in the refrigerator overnight to thaw safely, slice with very cold, and bake for 15 minutes. Comes in cranberry, chocolate chip, or blueberry flavors. $13.00 each
Quiches - A 9" pie shaped quiche, fully baked, ready to slice into 8 pieces. Quiche Lorraine has scallions, bacon, and swiss cheese, with a homemade pie crust on bottom. $15.50
